After calls from the elites of the South region last week, it was the turn of the senators of the Centre to invite Paul Biya to stand for the next presidential election scheduled for 2018.

The Senators made their voices heard yesterday, January 20, 2016, at the presentation ceremony of New Year greetings to President of the Senate, Marcel Niat Njifenji.

“We senators of the Centre region, we believe it is very important to communicate to the people the achievements of President Paul Biya. he is currently conducting several projects in our country. It is for this reason that we believe he should continue in this same direction to achieve his project of emergence," said Senator Bell Luc Rene over the airwaves of the national radio on January 21.

The President of the Senate who followed the message of senators at the Centre promised to forward it to the addressee, Paul Biya.

After the South and the Centre, ears remain open greatly to follow the next region that is also manifest in this direction. And at the end, when all the ten regions have reacted to the slogan “the call of the people” we will probably be out in 2011.

Presumably, the tenant Etoudi will respond positively to the call of his people especially since he famously said during Holland’s visit to Yaoundé, Cameroon that “does not remain in power wants, but who can.”
