Honoré Talla Kamga, aged forty, is currently being held at the Regional Division of the Western Judicial Police. He is accused of kidnapping a child named Nathan Pindjou, 19 months, at the Kamkop district of Bafoussam III.

The incident occurred Wednesday November 11, around 8am. According to the grandmother of the victim, Foyet Jeannette, 43, Honoré Talla acted as a mentally unstable person by undressing and threatening his neighbors.

Seized with fear, the mother of the child abandons him and the "crazy" man took the child. Alerted, the population went after the suspect and delivered him to the police. According to police sources, the suspect is under the influence of drugs but denied everything.
