Information relayed by national radio, (CRTV) suicide bombers, identified by the vigilance committees and tracked by the elements of the Rapid Intervention Battalion (BIR) of the Cameroonian army, were blocked at a distance.
"Feeling trapped and cornered from all sides, two bomb carriers decided to blow up their bomb. But fortunately the Cameroonian strategy worked; preventing civilians or soldiers from being killed. Only the two suicide bombers were killed", indicated CRTV.
According to journalist Guibai Gatama, the explosions of the suicide bombers took place around 6:20 near a river, and finally caused two minor injuries, Alhadji Gana and Blama Goñi, and one serious injury, Ousman Blama, Member of the local vigilance Committee.
This other suicide attack, attributed to the Islamic sect Boko Haram, comes two days after the double attack of Mora where five people lost their lives.
