CCA/Abdouraman - FECAFOOT: Final verdict on October 1

Abdouraman Hamadou Abdouraman Hamadou

The second hearing, of cases brought to the Chamber of Conciliation and Arbitration of the National Olympic and Sports Committee of Cameroon, by Abdouraman Hamadou against Cameroon Football Federation was held on Friday.

“The two cases pending before the CCA have been deliberated for Thursday, October 1, 2015," posted the president of Etoile Filante on social networks.

Clearly, the sentences of these cases will only be known on October 1; three days after the date of the federal election scheduled for September 28 at the Mont Febe Hotel in Yaoundé.

If Abdouramn Hamadou wins, in either case, the electoral process will take another blow and things may change.

For the record, the first introduced on August 25, essentially concerns the essence of the "Core business" under the law of 15 July 2011 on the organization and promotion of physical and sports activities in Cameroon, according to the contrast President of Etoile Filante who defined the texts adopted by the federal general meeting on August 5.

The second query required the respect, by the Chair of Standards Committee, Joseph Owona, of Decision No. 006 / SA / CCA / 15 of May 15, 2015 of the Chamber of Conciliation and Arbitration, which stated that “the executives of regional and departmental leagues of FECAFOOT, elected in the 2009 electoral process remain in office until the completion of the electoral process.”
