The president of the South Western League was elected by acclamation.
The executive of FECAFOOT is essentially composed of parliamentarians. Thus, the 3rd Vice President is an MP of the Centre Region. Luc Nkoa, president of Lékié Fc of departmental division club received 14 votes. Joseph Pierre Batamack the league president of Littoral, was elected as the 4th vice president.
