Joseph Antoine Bell has revealed some information about Robert Atah, during the press conference he gave in Yaoundé.

The former goalkeeper of the Indomitable Lions took the opportunity to "fix" his differences with Robert Atah.

Joseph Antoine Bell was unhappy that Robert Atah, an eligible candidate of the President of the Cameroon Football Federation (FECAFOOT), commented on the reasons why his case has been dismissed by the Electoral Commission the instance.

"Robert Atah felt that my criminal record and certified photocopy were outdated,” said Joseph Antoine Bell. Before adding, "when you request for a criminal report from the police, it has to be less than three months. The less than three months mean the day it's supposed to be presented. But the one I presented is not older than I am. Everybody knows your past so you do not renew your criminal records everytime."

Moreover, “Mr. Atah has shown all his incompetence by saying that a certified copy could expire. I have nothing to say about it,” he said, smiling. For him, it is almost obvious that the national technical director No. 3 would have been helped by Tombi Roko’s camp, Secretary General of FECAFOOT.

“Atah was favoured chosen by the Secretary-General. They managed to ensure that Robert Atah has a list since 2014," he argued. During the cancelled election on February 25th, 2015, Robert Atah had been the only candidate to face Tombi À to Roko.
