Guy Djiepnang began the first training session on Tuesday, November 17, 2015, at the municipal stadium of Bamendzi in Bafoussam with Racing Club of Bafoussam.

It was his first training session as the new coach of Racing Club of Bafoussam. After several months of hibernation since leaving Apèjes of Mfou, the technician was chosen from a list of five who submitted their application for the position.

In addition to Apéjes, Guy Djiepnang had already coined his services in several other clubs in the top flight of Cameroonian football. Including Tonnerre of Yaounde, Renaissance Fc of Ngoumou and Unisport of Haut-Nkam where he served under the command of the current boss of the Indomitable Lions, Alexandre Belinga, then head coach of the blood and gold.

He has a good experience in Cameroon football, however, Guy Djiepnang is known for his instability. Apart from Renaissance of Ngoumou, he has never made more than two seasons with the same team. While with Racing, he worked with Biba Ndjé who allowed the team to regain the Ligue 1 football last season.

Just like Racing, new blood was also injected into the technical supervision of Lion Blesse of Fotouni. One of the two teams of Haut-Nkam Division which narrowly escaped relegation had secured the services of Justin Kamgué.

The former coach of Yong Sports Academy of Bamenda succeeds Wamba Petit Michel who was called in as a firefighter after the sacking of Francis Heya. He certainly has not been confirmed as the head coach, but still remains as Technical Director.

Another team that is also active is Eding sports of Lékié. The newly promoted team was one of the teams that made a splash last season. Specifically Botafogo who lost its head coach, Laurent Jam.

In other teams, the negotiations are still continuing. Within Bamboutos Fc for example, the arrival of Emmanuel Ndoumbé Bosso was announced. If this information is confirmed after the final of the Cup of Cameroon, the technician would move from Bangangté to Mbouda.
