Africa Top Sports has reported the presence of FECAFOOT in France looking to expand the binational Indomitable Lions.
The delegation was composed of the President and some icons of football in Cameroon like Roger Milla.
Players like Samuel Umtiti of Lyon were visited. And according to former Cameroon international Roger Milla, Umtiti has not closed the doors like certain press made people believe.
"He has not said no. Moreover, we did not meet him. We met his mum and older brother. The problem is that Umtiti still thinks he can play in the France team," said the Cameroonian legend to Kalak radio.
"Unfortunately, the president of the French Football Federation said he still has 4 years to have a place in this team. You see that in his post there are so many players ... It is now up to him to reflect. If he wants to play a World Cup one day, he better come to Cameroon. If he does not, it will be like Itandje did. But if he comes eight years after, we will not take more because there will be other players who have made their ways up," warned the former striker.
