Austrian Bank grants 3 billion FCFA loan to Cameroon

The Cameroonian Minister of Economy, Emmanuel Nganou Djoumessi, and Guillaume Habarugira Nganije, the Director of Raiffeisien Bank International for sub-Saharan Africa, an Austrian banking institution have signed September 28, 2015, a 3 billion FCFA loan agreement.

According to credible sources, this loan, repayable over a period of 25 years, will help rehabilitate workshops and classrooms of the vocational training Centre in Nkongsamba, located in the Littoral Region.

Once rehabilitated, this training center will enable the training of young Cameroonians in technical fields such as industrial welding, mechanical engineering, mechanical-automotive, agricultural machinery or the processing of timber.
