The objective is to attend hearings against two companies accused of "false advertising and fraud on 4G."

In the first complaint, the CCA notes that the South African MTN and French Orange company are engaged since December 16, 2015, in false advertising of 4G. They also promise a faster Internet connection, causing consumers to pay sums of money to access this new service as publicized and which, in fact, does not exist.
And attractions in civil and commercial matters, the consumerist organization requires both companies compensation for the damage and the payment of damages to be determined by the law.
Regarding the TRA he is accused, unlike its sovereign functions, of not having seen the failure of 4G and touted, but mostly refrained punish operators for false advertising and fraud vis à-vis the Cameroonian consumers.
The controller is therefore requested to use his powers to obtain the judgment of this false advertising, to order an immediate halt under a penalty of 5 million FCFA per day of delay from the delivery of the decision to intervene.
