Tradex to create wireless internet connection in service stations

Tradex, a subsidiary of the National Hydrocarbons Corporation (SNH) specializing in marine bunkering, trading and distribution of petroleum products, is currently redeveloping 25 shops located in its service stations in the cities of Yaounde, Douala, and Edea, we officially learned.

These developments, sources said, will provide internet shops (wireless) and a café area called Trad'café.

Tradex will become the first inlay to make available to its customers internet access in its service stations, cafes spaces are already available for several months among competitors such as Total and Oilybia.

Tradex claims a global network of 79 service stations in the CEMAC zone, 57 in Cameroon, 20 in Central African Republic and two in Chad.

On November 3, 2015, Tradex officially launched its business in Equatorial Guinea, the country in which Cameroon oil company aims to "ensure the supply of bunker oil, fishing trawlers and other vessels unfolding in the Gulf of Guinea".

Also, 25 other shops will follow as part of a second phase.
