The Minister of Territorial Administration and Decentralization, Rene Emmanuel Sadi, continued his tour of the various regions to install new heads. On Tuesday, November 10, he stopped at Mezam where the former Prefect, Nguele Nguele Felix was replacing Jules Marcellin Ndjaga as the South governor.

The nature of the task of Nguele Nguele Felix in Bamenda was confirmed by the large delegation of traditional rulers and the people from the North-west who accompanied their former Head of land. Former Prime Minister Simon Achu Achidi and Senator did not miss the appointment at Nko'ovos.
The highlight of the installation ceremony of the new Governor of South was the absence of political elites found Dja and Lobo namely Ministers, CEOs and other senior clerks of the State Department from the native of Paul Biya.
While all of South political elite were present alongside the Minister Jacques Fame Ndongo among others: Jules Doret Ndongo, Minister Delegate Minadt, Gregoire Mba Mba, senator and elite of the land, Bruno Mfou'ou Mfou'ou, Director of Forests, and all leading political figures from Mvila and Ntem Valley.
