The heavy rain that hit the capital of the Ocean Department on Sunday September 06, 2015, has cut off signals from CRTV and forced many of its inhabitants to remain in-doors.
This constraint quickly amplified the interest accorded to the national television, CRTV, through which viewers in this part of the country use to pass their time for the match between the Indomitable Lions of Cameroon and the Scorpions of Gambia.
The CRTV signal was unfortunately not available for the majority of these football fans, still dependent on the analog system. Meanwhile, many of them think that the changeover to digital is already effective in Kribi. The proof is that many denizens went searching to get the famous adapters to secure their TVs aligned with the said technological revolution.
