128 students graduate from Protestant University

128 students from the Protestant University were awarded diplomas during the closing ceremony of the 2014 academic year, Friday in Yaoundé.

"The diploma is not an end in itself; you have to prove your worth on the field”. The Rector, Prof. Bouba Mbima challenged the laureates of the Protestant University of Central Africa (UPAC). He made this statement on the occasion of the closing ceremony of the 2013/2014 academic year which took place at the Amphitheater Immanuel David in Yaoundé.

128 laureates were awarded their diploma at end of their formation, 62 from the Faculty of Protestant theology and religious sciences and 66 from the Faculty of social sciences and international relations. In their respective remarks, Prof. Bouba Mbima and the Rev. Dr. Laureates expressed their satisfaction with the results achieved this year.

The event took place in a very calm atmosphere, graced by large choristers singing with the UPAC choir and shouts of joy from relatives and friends. Special prizes were awarded to students of different sectors for their good academic results. At the end of the ceremony Rev. Dr. Patrice Nsouami called on all the recipients to let Jesus Christ take control of their lives.
