88 best high school graduates receive awards in Koung-Khi

Scholarships were granted to originating recipients of the districts of Djebem, Pourmougne and Bayangam.

Admitted to the baccalauréat F3 2014 session, and ranged first in the Department of Koung-Khi, Kuate Ydelatano Stéphane student at the technical high school of Bandjoun recently received an award.

He received, through the generosity of the Honourable Albert Kouinche, Member of the national Assembly and promoter of Express union, the sum of 100,000 Fcfa and a computer.

87 other fellows also received 50,000 Fcfa scholarships, awards by elected representatives of the people.

Pr Fletcher Médard, the Director of the teaching commission selection and also Director of the Fotso Victor de Bandjoun, said these show that the Department of Koung-Khi occupies the 1st place in the regional ranking, at the end of the 2014 examination session.

Special prizes were also awarded and incentives given to members of the educational community of the Department of Koung-Khi. These include the departmental delegate of secondary education, officials of the institutions who distinguished themselves.

Antoinette Zongo, prefect of the Department of Koung-Khi, urged recipients to show exemplary behaviour in order to be able to one day, be productive and profitable on the national construction sites.
