The digital version of the Education Programme for the Proper Use of Medication known by its French acronym, BOOM will be launched on Tuesday 17th January 2016 at the Government Bilingual High School Essos Yaounde from 11:30 am.
BOOM is a therapeutic education programme within the school milieu.
It has been initiated to encourage good practices in the use of medication. It is also out to combat the use of medication from unapproved sources.
The programme is fruit of the advocacy of Cameroon’s First Lady, Chantal Biya, who is UNESCO Goodwill Ambassador for Education and Social Inclusion.
