Biya signs pact with Swiss gov't

President Biya has signed an agreement with the Swiss government granting visa free status to Cameroonians travelling to Switzerland with diplomatic and service passports.

The visa accord was signed in Yaoundé during an audience at the Unity Palace between Biya and Madam Simonettea Sommaruga, Vice President of Switzerland in charge of the Federal Department of Justice and the Police in the Swiss Confederation.

Speaking to the media after meeting President at Etoudi, the visiting Swiss politician said the agreement is a reciprocal gesture that will benefit both countries.

It should be noted that President Biya spends most of his time in Switzerland where he is reported to be wasting Cameroon tax payers money in luxurious hotels.
