CPDM Youth Day mobilization heightens in Mezam 1C

The youth wing of the newly created CPDM Mezam 1 Section in Bamenda III Subdivision is presently mobilising the youths in their numbers to outmatch other political parties during the Youth Day march past on February 11.

The 50th Youth Day celebration has a lot of significance to the YCPDM of Mezam 1C as they shall be the pioneer youth executive to march past in their Section.

According to Ngayikfu Denis alias Elgambo, the President, their sole objective is first to win the Bamenda III Council in 2018 and this goal stands out among others.

The youths who make up 56% of the population in any community in Cameroon are the pillars of any political move. In a planning meeting to strategize on how to mobilize the youths for a massive turnout on Youth Day in Nkwen, the Subsection Youth Presidents were commissioned to bring out all the youths in the various subsections to also show their numerical strength.

The Youth President thanked the Youths for demonstrating during the reorganisation of the party that they are ready to seize power beginning with the council.

On his part, the Vice Section President, John Nungu, applauded the CPDM youths for a massive turnout for the planning meeting saying failure to plan is planning to fail. To him, the youths have taken the forefront and would be adequately supported by the elderly militants in the Section and the women’s wing.

Ruth Ndonwi, WCPDM President also joined her voice to that of the Vice President and called on the Youths to keep on the challenge to conquer the entire territory. She assured the youths that the number that turns up for Youth Day march past would frighten those of other political parties. Youths were instructed to either appear in party uniform or wear a T-shirt over black trousers and black shoes.
