Cmr'nian Diaspora demonstrate against Boko Haram

Same as in Yaounde, as in Paris and elsewhere, the Cameroonian diaspora will gather in Montreal on Saturday, February 28 to say "no” to Boko Haram in Cameroon.

Organized by the collective Cameroon-Canada 'United against Boko Haram', this event is designed to educate Canadians on the humanitarian situation prevailing in Cameroon because of the fight against the terrorist of Boko Haram.

Since the first vigil organized by Africa against Boko Haram, the Nigeria-Cameroon-Chad border continues to be the scene of clashes more violent between the Nigerian, Cameroonian and Chadian against Islamist and terrorist sect Boko Haram armies.

It is in this new context that Canadian and African citizens gathered within Africa against Boko Haram and the collective Cameroon-Canada "United against Boko Haram" organized a vigil Saturday, February 28, 2015, the Montreal St-Louis Square from 2 pm to 5 pm.
