The march against terrorism in Paris which was attended by several heads of State on Sunday, seems to inspire the Cameroonian political leaders.
This large mobilization against terrorism, after the attacks which claimed the lives of 17 French people and 12 employees of the satirical weekly "Charlie Hebdo" has already inspired politicians in Cameroon, a country undergoing repeated terrorist attacks from Boko Haram. "We do like what we saw the other day in France. All political parties, all faiths together defeated the mission."
It is this point of view that Adamou Ndam Njoya, National Chairman of the Democratic Union of Cameroon (UDC) seems to share: "It is essential that each Cameroonian mobilizes his soul and conscience as an individual, as a member of any group whatsoever because the situation in which it is located, is important for this mobilisation", urged the Mayor of Foumban on CRTV.
In the opinion and social media, messages of support were sent to the Cameroonian defense forces who continued to suffer heavy losses to the ruthless terrorist sect in the Extreme North of Cameroon multiply.
