Comm. Min. sympathizes with families of deceased technicians

Cameroon government spokesman and minister for communication Issa Tchiroma has expressed his condolence to the families of 4 radio and television technicians who died in a crane crash while repairing the radio and television diffusion equipment in the Bassa- Douala locality.

The corrupt CPDM minister also went further blaming the technicians for incompetence. The 4 fell from 200 meters and died on the spot. Cameroon Concord has been told that the accident has made it impossible for the inhabitants of the Littoral Region to watch or listen to the state owned Cameroon Radio and Television Corporation.

Our reporter who visited the scene early this morning hinted that the incident has also affected Radio France International and BBC. Some members of the civil society have blamed the CPDM government for recruiting the technicians via a tribalistic employment process.
