It is in this context that the regional agency in the far North organised a workshop in Maroua for business leaders, officials of public and private authorities and officials of the human resources management for training on a good topical issue, namely: "analysis of problems, decision-making and strengthening managerial skills".
The NEF intended to strengthen the skills and structures responsible for managerial skills in the management of problems within the Organization for a better decision-making through modern methods and tools. The Organization of this training was motivated by the many difficulties faced by entrepreneurs in the decisions to solve problems that arise.
The workshop was marked by exchanges between participants in order to obtain the methods that can be used for the proper management and operation of their business. They identified the processes of problem analysis and decision-making, discovered tools, types, models, the steps and the constraints of decision-making and identified actions to strengthen their skills in the managerial field.
In the opinion of the Director of the regional agency of the NEF, Jean Daniel Tchignon Nampa, tools and modern methods for the analysis of problems and decision-making must be controlled by business leaders to secure their enterprises.
This initiative was welcomed by the Secretary-General of the services of the Governor who invited managers to better control the environment in which they operate.
