Eto'o-Nathalie Koah Case: Tribunal combines procedures

The Court of first instance of Yaoundé, administrative Centre, decided Thursday, 04 November, to join procedures of the complaints initiated by Samuel Eto against Nathalie Koah and vice versa.

It will no more be two complaints as at the hearing of November 06, 2014, but only one relating to the facts of "blackmail, threat, theft and breach of trust", reported the daily Le Jour in its December 5 edition.

The first two grievances were contained in the complaint by the ex-girlfriend of Samuel Eto’o and facts of "theft and breach of trust" alleged by the Everton attacker towards the former operations officer of Camair-Co.

Eto'o has not yet appeared at the tribunal since the opening of his complaint on October 02, the captain of the indomitable Lions, however, was represented by two of his witnesses recently.

One of them, Christian Bernard Patrice, according to his account, living then in Paris, he had been sent on January 2014 by Samuel Eto to verify the effectiveness of setting up of a sports shop in Cameroon, funded by the footballer and directed by Nathalie Koah.

The second witness, Franck Nkom, former Director of the Katios Night Club in Yaoundé, owned by Samuel Eto’o, said he was the one who sent 30 of the 200 million the footballer sent to his ex for the House of sport which has never emerged. It is this money, according to him, which would have been used for the purchase of a personal car of Helène Nathalie Koah [a vehicle with brand Hyundai IX 35]

The latter has always maintained that it is her wish to separate from Samuel Eto, after over seven years, leading to the complaint of the footballer.
