Fight against poaching scores points to Abong-Mbang

10 animal species, 17 ammunition, 96 veins of Indian hemp, 200 steel cables were captured as a result of the "coup de poing" operation jointly conducted by the departmental delegation of forests and wildlife of Haut-Nyong and forestry company SFID, on 22 and 23 August at Mbang in the Borough of Dimako.

The operation duped "coup de poing" jointly conducted by the delegation of the Department of forests and wildlife of the Haut-Nyong and forestry company SFID, helped to reap an important booty consisting of non-perishable, including 200 steel cables, 96 veins of Indian hemp, 17 ammunition07 bikes, 24 pieces of native tobacco.

And perishable products consisting primarily of 10 animal species of the class B, blue 21cephalopes, 19cbdn, atherures 06, 06 Red, 03 turtles, 01 dwarf pangolin, 02 Duiker yellow backpack, 01 damant, 02 citatunga, 01 rat.

This operation of great scale was conducted on demand by the forest industrial society of Doume (SFID) and on instructions from the delegate in the Department of forests and wildlife of the Haut-Nyong, Georges Mouncharou, in the UFA 10 038 and its environs following the upsurge of poaching found in those places.
