Forgive us, give us another chance - Mbia apologises

This action of the Indomitable Lions captain on his Facebook page, has raised many reactions from fans of the national team.

Stéphane Mbia, the captain of the Indomitable Lions, chose the social network Facebook to ask for forgiveness from Cameroonians and fans of the national team for their early exit from the AFCON 2015 in Equatorial Guinea.

With the word ‘FORGIVENESS’ written in large characters, Captain of the Indomitable Lions informed Cameroonians that the apology comes from the bottom of the hearts of his teammates.

Mbia who was molested in Yaounde after their debacle at the Brazil 2014, sought another chance from Cameroonians for future competitions. This apology of Stéphane Mbia through Facebook has sparked various reactions.

Beaten 1-0 by the Elephants of Cote d'Ivoire, the Indomitable Lions were eliminated from the AFCON 2015 only after three matches. They left Equatorial Guinea after having been ranked last in their pool, behind Ivory Coast, Guinea and Mali.
