The request was made on 21st August 2016 after a press release issued by the Minister of Higher Education on 19th August 2016, depicting the Pan African Institute as a non-accredited Institution of Learning.
The Minister Jaque Fame Ndongo granted the request and the meeting was presided over by the Secretary General of the Ministry of Higher Education.
Some directors of the Ministry of Higher Education and a delegation of four persons from the Pan African Institute of Higher Learning all proceeded discussions on the possibilities of accreditation.
Discussions during the meeting was frank and instructive, stipulating that the accreditation of the Institute’s teaching programs shall be based on the inspection report to be submitted to the Minister of Higher Education.
Another meeting in line with this has been scheduled for Thursday 1st September 2016 after which an inspection team will be dispatched by the Minister of Higher Education to the Campuses of the Pan African Institute for Development in Cameroon.
