Investment Promotion Agency boasts 18 conventions signed for 215 bn FCFA

This fact was revealed on Tuesday, February 3, 2015 in Yaoundé during the presentation ceremony of vows to the Executive Director of the department.

The balance sheets are always good for the Investments Promotion Agency of Cameroon (API), an administrative public institution created by the Decree of 1st September, 2005 which went operational in the year 2010.

This Tuesday, February 3 at a ceremony of presentation of vows to Marthe Angeline Minja the Director-general of the structure, all the staff was pleased with what Paul Biya cited directly concerning the Investment Promotion Agency in his speech to the Nation on December 31.

And for a good reason, the API claims 18 agreements signed between the Government and investors, for a total investment of 215 billion CFA francs. "And this is just the beginning", punctuated the head of State, speaking in the context of the launch of the emergency plan for the acceleration of growth in Cameroon.

API in 2014 has also been marked, inter alia, through the transfer of the branch to Yaoundé, the opening of a reception desk of investors at the international airport of Yaoundé, and participation at the recent international business Salon Promote.
