Biometric registration dominated celebrations marking the 30th anniversary of President Paul Biya's accession to power, celebrated by supporters of the Cameroon People's Democratic Movement (CPDM) in the Mifi West and Mifi North Sections on November 6, 2012 in Baleng and Bamougoum respectively.

The Mifi CPDM Divisional President in charge of mobilizing supporters to register massively on voters lists, Nzete Emmanuel installed members of the Subdivisional Campaign Teams for Bafoussam II and III. Nzete said it was time for the CPDM to go down to the field and comb the grassroots by mobilizing supporters to go for biometric registration.

The CPDM Central Committee delegation leaders to Mifi North, Nde Etienne and Mifi West, Tene Mathias, as well as Section Presidents of Mifi West and North, Hon. Fongang Joseph Confiance and Chief Chouob Samuel respectively, counted achievements of New Deal government. Hon.
