Just after taking office, the Minister had sanctioned 159 staff and students guilty of fraud during the last session of official exams.

Jean Ernest Ngalle Bibehe Massena, the Minister of Secondary Education (MINESEC) launched the war against fraud that usually take place during the end of year examinations in his ministry. Last week the MINESEC held at the Lycée technique of Nkolbisson in Yaounde, a consultation meeting. Accompanied by Boniface Bayaola, the Secretary of State in charge of the normal education, the Minister indicated the importance of this foundation.

His aim is to give the report of passed examinations and to give the final recommendations to his employees who will be responsible for translating on the ground.

It should be noted that, since his appointment at the head of this ministry, Jean Ernest Ngalle Bibehe Massena has personally handled the dismantling of criminal networks that have long tarnished the reputation of the MINESEC. He even published a series of fraudulent lists for exams with reserves of lawsuits in the courts of the Republic.

Jean Ernest Ngalle Bibehe Massena therefore recommended to his employees the reduction of dysfunctions noticed in the chain of examinations. Specifically, it is the monitoring of candidates, marking of exam papers, different payments and the earnings release period. For MINESEC, teachers and students must comply strictly with the regulations.
