Moroccan Alliances plans on building social housing in Cameroon

Alami Lazraq, president and CEO of the group BTP Moroccan Alliances revealed in Yaounde on December 18, 2014, following a hearing at the Ministry of the economy, that Alliances will take part in the implementation of the triennial contingency plan of the Cameroonian Government, particularly in the construction of social housing and rehabilitation of the technical platforms of the hospitals.

It can be recalled that in the decrees of the president of the Republic authorizing the Ministers of economy and finance to take out loans to finance the 925 billion Cfa francs (2015-2018) emergency plan, the 190 billion Cfa francs from the local subsidiary of Banque Atlantique should be geared towards the construction of 1000 housing in 10 regions of the country and the rehabilitation of the technical platforms of some hospitals.

Alliances is part of the largest groups involved in real estate in Morocco, with the Regina group. Alliances is currently finalising a draft of 14 000 housing construction in Côte d'Ivoire, under the national plan of development (2012-2015) of the Ivorian Government.
