Ngambo Fondjo Pierre Vincent has been urged to sustain the drive towards the modernization of the public administration so as to improve the quality of service rendered to Cameroonians. To accomplish this overall goal, the Minister of Public Service and Administrative Reforms, Michel Ange Angouing, on Friday September 21 in Yaounde, commissioned the ministry's new Secretary General to continue the computerisation of civil servants' advancements, reduce delays in the treatment of career decisions and, most especially, finalise the special recruitment of 25.000 young certificate holders into the civil service.
Ngambo Fondjo Pierre Vincent was also advised to use his reputed experience to promote team spirit and a sense of responsibility in the ministry while fighting corruption. Prior to the September 14 presidential appointment as MINFOPRA's Secretary General, Ngambo Fondjo Pierre Vincent occupied same function in the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Civic Education.
