Ngaoundéré University installs new officials

The recently appointed officials of the University of Ngaoundéré were formally installed in their new functions.

The installed officials, 27 in number include; the director, 6 Vice Deans, 7 head of division, 2 heads of departments, 10 heads of services and a Chief Librarian.

They were introduced by PR. Ibrahim Adamou, Vice-President in charge of research, Cooperation and Relations with the business world. He represented the Rector, who was absent during the ceremony.

These officials were appointed by an order from the Minister of higher education, Professor Jacques Fame Ndongo. The Vice-President reminded them on the framework and the context in which they are to operate. He urged them to maintain a "sense of responsibility.

PR. Ibrahim Adamou also reminded them that they must exhibit a sense of decorum and poise, focusing on the values advocated by the University of Ngaoundéré; excellence, commitment and respect for hierarchy.
