Police constable loses head in fatal accident

The macabre scene occurred Sunday, October 05, 2014, at the roundabout to the Nsimalen International Airport.

According to concurring testimony, a captain driving luxe 4 x 4, struck a policeman around 2 o'clock in the morning. The police man who was travelling on a motorcycle was going to Santa Lucia Mvan to restore himself.

The captain in the company of a warrant officer, were coming from Zoétélé where they had attended funeral and were in a State of drunkenness.

The violence of the shock blew up the victim's head. The firefighters only recovered a completely beheaded man on the pavement. Rescue teams spent the night searching in vain for the head of the Constable.

No statement was made by the police present during the incident. The identity of the captain has not been disclosed. But it was retained the Constable was in service at the Nsimalen International Airport, Yaoundé.
