Polytechnic Yaounde showcases products and talents

The students association of the National Advanced School of Engineering, Polytechnic Yaounde has since Monday 29th September 2014 opened week-long activities to exhibit its prowess in the field of engineering.

The objective of the exhibition is to reveal the contribution of engineers to development in the country. This year’s edition focuses on innovative sectors including energy and electrical engineering.

The event also served as occasion to showcase projects built up by students of the institution.

Meanwhile, the director of the institution, Charles Awono Onana hailed the efforts of his members of staff, who he says are diligent, making the school keep its quality teaching standards.

The Director further noted that admission into the National Advanced School of Engineering is strictly based on merit, leading to qualitative competition amongst engineering students there-in.

The National Advanced School of Engineering, Yaounde has been training engineers in different fields for forty years since its creation.
