The Frenchman has come based on invitation of the chief Executive Officer of the University of the Gulf of Guinea, Louis Marie Djambou; whose institution partners with the Paris School of Journalism.

His working visit has been characterized by a series of audiences remarkably were three audiences linked with the communication field. At the National Communication Council he was received by its President Peter Essoka.

Speaking shortly after the audience, Guillaume Jobin noted some ethical and deontological lapses in the practice of Journalism in the country adding that Journalists need to continue training and to carryout professional exchange given the challenges that are coming with the switching over from the analogue to the digital broadcasting.
