Friday October 2, 2015 will remain indelible in the life of Professor Ayina Ohandja Louis Max, appointed by the President of the Republic as the Secretary of State in the Ministry of Public Works in charge of Roads.

Even though the civil engineer was on an official mission to Douala by the time the news was made public, the Odza neighbourhood residence of the Secretary of State in Yaounde witnessed an unprecedented turn out of family members, friends and neighbours who came to congratulate him for his new appointment.
