Rights of Man information site launched

www.hurinews.com proposes to report on the State of the human rights in Cameroon and abroad. It is an initiative of Michel Biem Tong corresponding in Cameroon. Thus, the Cameroonian media landscape is enriched by a new entrant: hurinews.com.

hurinews.com is actually a website specializing in matters of the rights of man in Cameroon: "I conceived this project since November 2013. The idea came to me that there was no website or an informational site or a newspaper in Cameroon that speaks of human rights, so I asked myself, why don't you go there?", says Michel Biem Tong, passionate about human rights and corresponding Cameroonian journalist in Cameroon from camer.be.

In an editorial published by the website entitled "the right to dare", the founder said the information site does not go to war against the authorities of Cameroon but will be the tribune of the speechless, victim of the State arbitrariness.

Hurinews.com is also offered to relay information from the Cameroonian State, NGOs, State institutions along the lines of the promotion of human rights and the fight against corruption.

The site will also accompany individuals, businesses and structures which are in the humanitarian and civic action (construction of schools, roads, hospitals, delivery of donations in school supplies, health, etc.).
