Soldiers arrest 9 women working for Boko Haram

Cameroonian soldiers in the Mayo-Sava have arrested a group of 9 women suspected to be members of Boko Haram, on December 16, 2015, according to L’œil du Sahel newspaper.

A military source told the newspaper that the female terrorists “were supplying food and other items to the fighters discreetly. They were arrested while they were taking their break." For now, there are no details on their identities or their origins.

The newspaper mentioned that “In recent days, in addition to the increasing number of suicide attacks to fix the security forces, the terrorists have continued to increase infiltration suggesting that they already had more depth of border of some of their elements."

While waiting for the interrogation of the terrorists, our colleague informed that on that same December 16, “a Boko Haram terrorist was killed and another arrested at Kossa. Two days earlier, 10 terrorists infiltrated the Ardori-Bonderi village carrying a hundred goats belonging to one Hamid Moussa.”
