Terrosists strike again in the Far North

If in his speech, Paul Biya, the Head of State does not miss any opportunity to solemnly promise tough times to the Islamist sect Boko Haram and those who spread terror in the northern part of Cameroon, on the field, he shows that his priorities are elsewhere.

While Paul Biya multiplies trips abroad, terrorists continue to attack various locations of the region of the Far North.

Last night, armed men, allegedly members of Nigeria's Boko Haram raided Bonderi, a village in the county of Mayo-Sava, very close to the border between Cameroon and Nigeria.

According to Guibai Gatama, who knows really well the North region of Cameroon, this new attack left eleven victims, seven police officers and a gendarme missing in the Bonderi attack. They went into an operation in the village of Blassadi, the army is now looking for them.

A resident of Bonderi was killed, the brigade commander and a military seriously wounded, a military vehicle was also taken by the attackers until they were repelled, according to Guibai Gatama information.

"Cameroon will overcome Boko Haram. We continue the fight and we will win," declared Paul Biya before flying to Washington for the USA / Africa Summit.

While he was there, another assault by terrorists August 6, 2014 had a dozen of victims including a policeman in the Zigagué village, still in the region of the Far North.

It's almost the same scenario that happened while Paul Biya left to France yesterday for the anniversary of the landing of Allied troops in Provence at the World War II, terrorists have also returned that same night with an equally heavy toll.
