Thief burnt alive in Etoug-Ebe

On Thursday, October 09, 2014, a thief was burned alive at the road leading to the centre for persons with disabilities in Etoug-Ebe, specifically in the front of groupe scolaire bilingue des prés.

An eyewitness to the scene revealed that, "they were two who operated together on a motorcycle. In their bit to escape from angry mob, one of them who happened to be the driver was caught as he tried to start his motorcycle.

These two thieves had succeeded in breaking the windshield of the car of a gentleman to steal a Briefcase of money.

The operation triggered the alarm in the car as one of them took off. His accomplice who was just behind him ran to the bike, just when he was about to start it he was arrested by the Group of people in the district.

According to a witness, the thief was burned with gasoline after going through severe beating.
