Cameroonians with Belgian citizenship, Maputa Martial and Hongle Samuel, have been detained in Azerbaijan with $10,000 of fake banknotes produced at an apartment in Khyrdalan, Report.az reports.

They were said to be planning to release the banknotes for the first European Games “Baku 2015”.
