UNDP launches recruitment of new activists

This was the main resolution of the meeting of the central Committee of the party which took place on Friday in Yaoundé.

To have the pulse of the party, Maigari Bello Bouba couldn't find better than a meeting of the central Committee and presentation of greetings to executives and activists of the National Union for democracy and progress (UNDP).

Friday and Saturday, the national president of the UNDP sized up the State of mind of his troops and took the opportunity to give new directions.

Firstly, he engaged his party in the fight against the Boko Haram extremist group and on the other hand, he launched a new campaign to recruit activists.

"Terrorism should not have freedom of living with us" said Maigari Bello Bouba. For this, "I invite you to have vigilance at every moment to denounce to the defence forces any infiltration of dormant cell of Boko Haram in your places of residence", instructed the president of the UNDP.

UNDP is also preparing for elections. By statute, its ordinary Congress will be held in 2017 and the legislative and municipal elections are also scheduled for 2018.

So, Maigari Bello Bouba decided to identify his troops and to recruit new activists. In this context, new maps of the party will be put into circulation.

This is one of the decisions of the meeting of the central Committee, expanded to the national Council.
