For over a year now, the daughter of the former President of the Republic is lodged in a hotel in Yaounde at the expense of the State.
Since September 30, 2013, Aminatou Ahidjo, the daughter of the former President of Cameroon decided to stay off public places or feature in the media.
At the hotel reception room, reporters were denied access to meet with Aminatou Ahidjo based on the fact that they had no rendezvous with her. They were clearly demanded by the receptionist the purpose of their visit.
According to information, the last child of Ahidjo has been in this hotel since last September.
She is lodged there at the expense of the State. One recalls that she joined the CPDM, political party of Paul Biya, last September, at a ceremony at the party headquarters in the presence of not only the Secretary general of the party, but also almost all of those responsible for this political formation.
On the occasion, she declared that she had come to mobilise all Cameroonians in favour of Paul Biya. Dressed in the CPDM fabric, she explained to journalists that she came to take her CPDM membership card.
However, she disappeared after the September 30th presidential election. At the moment, she is very less active on her facebook page. Her last post date was last March, when she wrote: "I pray for my brothers and sisters of Cameroon.
In the meantime, she also changed her profile photo and put the cliché of the grave of her deceased dad. But the question remains, what is Aminatou Ahidjo doing in a hotel?
