Yaoundé emergency centre to be opened soon

The budget was adopted at the first regular session of the Management Committee which took place Thursday and Friday in Yaounde.

The opening day of this centre has not yet been scheduled but everything suggests that it is not far away. After the installation of the Director and the Chairman of the management Committee in November, at the end of last week, Thursday and Friday, the Forum held its first Conference.

Augustin Thierry Edzoa, the Chairman of the Management Committee, Dr. Louis Joss Bitang to Mafock, the Director and the other members adopted the organization chart, the programme of action and the budget estimate of the structure for the year 2015: 3.454.955.263 f.

However, the urgency of an extraordinary session of the Management Committee is required, because the latter will be designed to provide a framework for the consideration of the urgent needs expressed by the leadership of the Centre.

The patient Charter, rules of procedure, and conventions with the Yaoundé central hospital and other health facilities will also be discussed. Before putting an end to this first meeting, Augustin Thierry Edzoa told the members of the Management Committee that "the Emergency Centre which we have just set up the basics of work is a collective mission".
