Marole Tchamba, 'Diva of the bend-skin’ has been nominated for All Africa Music Awards 2014, in the category "Best female artist of Central Africa" thanks to her piece titled "Sacré Cameroun".
Marole Tchamba is competing with Mani Bella and Reniss of Cameroon, Betty Akna of Equatorial Guinea Laurette La Perle, and Gasandji of the Democratic Republic of the Congo. The artist will leave the country next Tuesday, to take part in organized competition from 25th to 29th November.
An expert in several genres, Marole Tchamba feels at ease with the slow, makossa and bikutsi and Congolese rumba. To give luster to her works, the artist does not fail to use seniors. Sam Fan Thomas, Elvis Kemayo, Ebenezer brilliant, are regularly solicited in the production of her albums.
