Cardiopad, the first African medical tablet created by Cameroonian IT engineer, Marc Arthur Zang, was exhibited during the Health Forum of Geneva, in Switzerland. This international meeting focusing on innovations in terms of health services took place recently.

Organised by the Teaching Hospitals of Geneva (HUG) and the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Geneva, with the support of Swiss and international organisations interested in health issues, this forum is a meeting platform between the different actors in the health sector worldwide.

From this point of view, the Geneva Health Forum was an excellent opportunity for Himore Medical, the start-up through which Arthur Zang developed his Cardiopad, to establish business partnerships. Especially when this Cameroonian engineer is getting ready to give his country, Cameroon, his very first medical equipment assembly line.

To achieve this, the founder of Himore Medical recently revealed that he was still looking for FCfa 50 to 70 million in funding, in order to train and pay the salaries of the 150 employees he plans to recruit for his assembly factory which should be in operation in the next two months.
