Austen Titford has resigned with immediate effect from his post as Executive Director of Victoria Oil & Gas Plc on July 16 citing personal reasons.
Victoria Oil & Gas, a company involved in the exploration and production of gas and oil, holding the Logbaba project in Cameroon, announced July 17 the resignation of Mr. Titford who will continue, however, to assume his functions for a time being, to allow a smooth transition.
As an employee since 2008 and in his function as Director, Austen Titford has "contributed to the success" of the company and "we wish him good luck in his future projects", said Kevin Foo, president of Victoria Oil & Gas.
Victoria Oil & Gas Plc is an important actor in the gas sector in Cameroon where it holds 100% shares, via Gaz du Cameroun S. A. (GDC) its subsidiary, a strong portfolio of contracts in the field of natural gas.
