On 25 August 2014, Samuel Foyou, filed with a notary in the city of Douala, First Industry Cosmetics (Fico Industry), a company of which he himself chairs the board administration, which is to "manufacture and distribute cosmetic products, import-export, trading and representation of brands."

On July 10, the Cameroonian industry man created a brewing company (BRASAF) with a capital of 100 million CFA francs, heralding competition for Brasseries du Cameroon, Guinness Cameroon and the Cameroon Union breweries (UCB), the three companies which so far share the beer market in the country.
