Budget to increase by more than 13 per cent in 2015

Cameroon aims to raise its budget to 3.746 trillion CFA francs ($7 billion) in 2015, up more than 13 per cent from this year, a draft submitted to parliament on Tuesday by Prime Minister Philemon Yang showed.

Yang said during his budget presentation that the Central African nation expected GDP growth to accelerate to 6.3 per cent next year from 5.8 per cent in 2014.
