During the reporting period, the 41 decisions made resulted in 5 in the acquittal of the 'mis en cause' and 1 deprived of his civil rights for a period of 5 years.
At the same time, the CDBF signed 5 translation decisions before its competent services of 11 managers and managers or supervisors of public funds.
Since the beginning of the current year, CONSUPE has delivered financial sanctions and special fines of $ 2.8 million CFA Francs and 1 acquittal.
